Newly Minted Medals Olympians,   The music event has entered the voting rounds and we can now turn our attention to one of the darkest months of the year, and a new event to liven it up. NOW though November 30th- Athletics XIV: 3000m Team Race - Anywhere! I n honor of Turkey Trots everywhere, and our highly successful 5km remote running event in 2019, we bring you the 3000m Team Race as an event anyone anywhere can enter this month. A throwback to the 1912 through 1924 Olympics, the 3000m Team Race included teams of three or more running a 3k race. In Our competition, you can participate simply by sending in your timed 3k run from anytime this month. The times will then be put on a leaderboard , and each region's team will score points from its top three finishers. Teams will be determined by the region where you reside, not who you run with or where you run. Regions are divided by US states and other countries.
